Refund policy
Cococult virgin coconut oil is a food product, so for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened bottles or bottles with a broken seal.
Damaged, leaking or wrong item:
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or is not what you ordered, we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@cococultofficial.com or WhatsApp +91 8015 900 630.
- Share your order number and photos or an unboxing video showing the damage.
- Once approved, we ship the replacement within 2 working days, or refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Cancellations:
You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refused deliveries:
If a delivery is refused without a valid reason, the refund will be made after deducting the shipping charges.
